I could barely believe the non-existent cleanliness of my room, not even a single roll of toilet paper! Plus, the mold on the floor was a charming touch, wasn’t it? I almost considered saying something nice in my review, but alas, the pool being out of service was just too much to overlook, I expected at least an apology, which never came.
